My Credentials & Education:
I have earned a B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, certified Health & Wellness Coach with a specialty in Recovery from Addiction, Personal Trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise, Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and and E-RYT 200 through Yogaworks, studied an additional 200 hours of Ashtanga yoga with David Swenson, Manju Jois, Tim Miller, Eddie Stern, David Williams & Richard Freeman.
My journey has also included presenting lectures on topics including Nicotine Cessation, Nutrition, Benefits of Yoga & Meditation, Stress Management, Healthy Blood Pressure, Triglycerides, Cholesterol and Balanced Living in Recovery from Addiction.
Attendance at training workshops include Functional Training with Anthony Carey, Sports Nutrition with Nancy Clark, Holistic Lifestyle Coach with Paul Chek, Johnny G. Spinning, Thai Massage with Michael Buck at the Vedic Conservatory and Thai Foot Reflexology at the Thai Institute of Massage – all of which have provided me with a wealth of knowledge & information to maximize optimal health and wellbeing for everyone.
